Role's & Responsibilities:
1) Should have excellent communication skills. Will have daily calls with counterparts from the USA.
2) Support branch manager with all activities of branch management.
3) 2+ years of US recruitment experience.
4) Prior experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) mandatory.
5) Should be very strong in preparing reports using Excel.
6) Coordinate recruitment activities between India and the USA.
