Job: Configuration Analyst
Location: Glendale, CA
Duration:12 Months contract
Max rate is $8/Hr on C2C Max..!!
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include coordinating the establishment of configuration item (CI) relationships, monitoring data integrity, ensuring alignment with downstream processes like Change, Incident, Problem, Request.
This role will work directly with the Configuration Manager and tower leads to establish priorities, ensure data flow schedules, and data integrity is maintained. Monitors the tool to address exception processing, takes action to address known data gaps or issues, documents exceptions.
Basic Qualifications:
ITILv3 Foundations Certification, Expert Certification preferred
3+ Years Service Management experience
3+ Years working in a Configuration Management role
Working experience with ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Products, or equivalent tool se
