Job: Junior Level Network Engineer
Duration: 12+ Months long term contract

In depth Cisco experience
Juniper experience
MPLS

In-depth knowledge of Juniper, Cisco CRS platforms – Ciena - CPE a plus
In-depth knowledge of carrier class data/voice network services (LAN/WAN, routing protocols, BGP4, MPLS, VPLS, EVPL, POS, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of IP implementations, including QoS, Layer 2/3 environments
In-depth knowledge of Metro Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS technologies very desirable.
Actively work with engineering groups and teams to ensure proper understanding of all METRO ETHERNET initiatives.

Position comments:
Bachelor of Science or Applied Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or 4 years military and/or industrial Engineering experience.
3+ years work experience in ISP/MSO environment.
At least 3 years of detailed hands-on troubleshooting of complex large scale TCP/IP networks with a minimum of two years in an ISP/MSO like environment.
