•         7+ years of Project Management experience

•         Must have experience implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) into Enterprise environments

•         Experience working on HR projects

•         Worked in a Matrix environment

•         Familiar with SDLC lifecycle

•         SuccessFactors – Big Plus
