We need a Business Analyst that has experience with Commercial lending ideally with a bank. The resume must say "Commercial lending" and be focused on Banking applications like leasing, business loans and credit cards. Please have your candidate modify their resume to reflect this experience if they are qualified. They are not looking for mortgage or residential experience
