1. ETL Informatica - Currently the team uses Talend as their ETL tool but they would be bring on a candidate with Informatica to learn Talend.
2. Oracle/SQL - This is tied to the ETL and so the consultant will be using this 30% of the time.
3. Java (Nice to have)
