Top Three Skills:                   

1) Native Android Development - being able to do heads down UI development FROM SCRATCH., debugging, improvements, and creative prototyping. This is NOT web development wrapped to go onto Android devices.

2) SDK versions 2.2 to 5.1 - Understanding the API's and SDK's within Android Development has worked with the various versions and understand how they differ and improved

3) Knowledge of Android components- Fragments, Broadcast Receivers, Services, etc.
