Strong Oracle ERP and Oracle Supply Chain (must have) testing expertise with experience in delivery of ERP projects.  Hands on experience in delivering ERP testing projects, specializing in test planning, execution, test automation of Oracle ERP test suites (for Oracle ERP – SCM).

 

Should be Proficient with the concept of Testing Center of Excellence and be an expert in the creation and management of Test strategy, Test plans, Test procedures, Test Scripts and Test Cases as well as in management of Testing cycles. Should have hands on experience in the creation of automation test frameworks and maintenance of manual and automated regression test suite using HP product suite (Quality Center / ALM, QTP).

 

Should have a thorough understanding of the SDLC process with project execution expertise utilizing Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

•       Test Planning and Management

•       Test design, creation and execution (manual and automated)

•       Test execution coordination with teams including running triage meetings, scrum meetings

•       Delivery management of the teams offshore

•       Work with the customer to develop a testing frameworks for System, Regression and Integration testing

•       Design and develop automation test framework

•       Collaboratively work with the customer in establishing a Testing Center of Excellence

•       Engagement governance

•       Requirements and Change management for testing

•       Risk and gap analysis, mitigation planning and execution

•       Client relationship management

 

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Experienced in working with an offshore team

Meeting etiquette
