Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Burbank, CA

Duration: 4 Months

 

Job Description:

•       5+ years' experience in software development and/or infrastructure technology consulting

•       Solid understanding and experience working in an ITIL Service Management process and tools environment

•       Significant experience of leading and managing teams (matrix management) within an operational service delivery or managed services environment

•       Familiarization with development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, RUP)

•       Experience with virtual and cloud computing technologies using technology like Amazon Web Services, VMware, and more is beneficial

•       Experience with implementing ITSM applications (ServiceNow and/or Remedy) is highly preferred

•       Knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project Server, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc.)

•       Expertise in SharePoint is beneficial
