My client is seeking a seasoned and passionate Sr. UX Designer responsible for driving innovative and groundbreaking user experiences across our consumer facing digital products and services. This role will be part of the new Strategic Technology Initiatives team. As Sr. UX Designer you will oversee a variety of projects and collaborate with fellow members of the Business and Engineering Teams to conceptualize wireframes and develop business requirements into usable, useful and delightful products. The Sr. UX Designer will inspire members of the team and colleagues to develop award-winning products, interfaces and experiences. They should have an uncanny drive and passion to deliver the best user experience for consumers and a proven track record for delivering compelling, innovative and award-winning user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Hands on team player who can work easily and closely with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Design, Business & Engineering. Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Translate business requirements, data and testing results into sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing product experiences.
- Deliver user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, presentations and comprehensively annotated design specifications, prototypes and final designs for internal/external development teams.
- Plan and oversee testing criteria for usability studies, A/B & MV Testing of products and platforms as part of the design process.
- Create, maintain and share all UX Templates, personas, design mockups, usage scenarios, user flows, prototypes, navigational maps and experience documentation for assigned products.
- Active participation in requirements definition processes with business and Engineering Teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Developers and fellow Design team members to ensure quality of experience remains in scope AND collaborate on alternatives when scope or technical implementation challenges arise.
- Revise and update designs and documentation based on continued user testing and feedback.
- Guide, Maintain and communicate UX consistency of experience along with brand across all platforms.
- Inspire and generate new ideas for the team through expert-level knowledge of competitive and complimentary mobile and multi-platform products.

- High degree of creativity, user experience, interaction design and problem solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate ideas through information & presentations.
- Exceptional eye for detail and an in depth understanding of our users' needs and expectations.
- Exceptional skills with typography, motion design and developing successful mobile interfaces.
- Deep understanding of User Interface principles and best practices of human interface design.
- Expert knowledge of mobile, desktop and web application platforms.
- Confidence working on complex mobile/web applications with consumer focused product UX.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer within a large-scale consumer facing organization or digital agency.
- 2+ years experience developing mobile/multi platform & platform agnostic product interfaces.
- BA Degree or higher in Interactive Design, User Centric Design, HCI or combined work experience with human factors training.
- HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design Methodologies & Rapid Prototyping skills are required.
- Advanced in Omnigraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in iOS and Android Platforms is required.
- Experience with prototyping tools and related software is required.
- Core knowledge of additional platforms including Windows 8 and Blackberry is beneficial.
- Knowledge of new and emerging trends for digital products and cross-platform integrations.
- Hands on experience with variety of user research techniques including user testing, personas, user tasks and scenarios, internal and external user interviews.
A strong portfolio showcasing broad range samples of UX and Visual design is a MUST.
