6-7 Years' experience managing projects of comparable size and complexity
Thorough knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle methodologies used in Information Technology projects
Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of project management methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Some experience in IT architecture, application development (Highly desired)
Experience with managing Commonwealth projects of similar size and complexity (Nice to have)
PMP certification(Nice to have)
Understanding of Commonwealth policies(Nice to have)
4 year college degree or equivalent technical experience(Nice to have)
