Job Description:

* 3-5  years experience in ServiceNow development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP, SOA, SOAP, REST

* Applicants should have experience with configuration changes and extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and the Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack

* Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other customization required to support ITIL processes;

* Enhance existing ServiceNow modules (e.g., Service Management, Service Request Management), Knowledge Base, etc) based on process owners needs;

* Experience developing Request Items and associated workflow

* Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis; 

* Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems/LOBs;

* Build and execute test scripts and validate results to ensure that configuration/customization meeting process owners needs

* Experience with Fuji  release of ServiceNow  is a plus

* ServiceNow developer certification or coursework/training a plus

* Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Service Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Mobility, and Service Request Management/Service Catalog a plus

* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundations certification a strong plus
