Project Coordinator/PM with Banking Experience 

Location: Columbus, Ohio 

Duration : Long term

 

Position Description:

Support several Private Client Group project/program managers for the Client's  FirstMerit Integration effort.

The person will be responsible for updating project plans, tracking issues, risks, and action items.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated, works with little direction, can pull people together and solve issues, strong organizational skills,

and drive

• Previous experience working in support of Project Managers, including assisting with action plan and issue

resolution, experience managing issue resolution, experience turning project discussions into actionable items

• Previous experience and ability to work in an ambiguous project environment

• Previous work in a PMO pulling reporting, data, milestones, etc together for management reporting

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required

• Ability to utilize MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Visio; experience pulling various information together

using MS Excel; SharePoint experience a plus

• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional

grammar and demeanor

• Previous experience working in banking environments a plus; Wealth or Private Client experience a plus
