Role: Business Focused Project Manager

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 6 months+

Competencies are listed as below - 

• Leadership

• Business Acumen – credit card experience, credit risk experience or correspondence experience preferred 

• Rally Experience Preferred

• Agile Experience Required 

• Strong Project Management

• Business Analysis, Problem Analysis & Resolution 

• Business Case Development

• Metrics Development and Deployment

• Computer Fluency- MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point.

• College degree required

• Partner/Vendor Management

• Strong PC skills required including MS Office.

• Strong organization and prioritization skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

• Advanced analytical, problem solving and planning skills

• Process oriented with a strong attention to detail and focus on controls

• Sense of urgency as well as ability to organize, prioritize and manage personal work

• Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions
