Role: S/4 HANA Simple Finance Lead

Melville,NY

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Summary
This position oversees the solution lifecycle for S/4 HANA implementation of Simple Finance.

Responsibilities

·         Leads Solution Life Cycle Management of SAP ERP Finance System including developing technology roadmap, integration strategy, data migration strategy and advise client on the SAP S/4 Best Practices.

·         Develops Finance business partner relationships, including developing business cases, evaluating the value of current technology, communicating new technology capabilities, and identifying process improvement opportunities during the implementation.

·         Leads the technology options with the delivery organization for integration and data migration.

 Education

·         Charted Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA Finance

·         Certified FI/ Co Consultant

·         SAP S/4 HANA Certification

 Experience

·         At least 10 years in SAP Finance and Controlling

·         At least 4 end to end FI/CO implementation experience

·         Strong Accounting and/or Finance background with the ability to converse easily with senior Finance leaders.

·         Experience with GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost center accounting, internal order/work breakdown structure accounting preferred.

·         Preferable to have SAP FICO experience including, new GL, consolidations, product costing, CO-profitability analysis, fixed assets and external/statutory reporting.

·         Experience with global implementations required.

·         Preferable to have  at least one S/4 HANA Simple Finance implementation experience

·         Must have previous employee management experience.
