Job Title: Pega Test Lead

Location: Arizona

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description:   

MUST have PEGA certification

·         Good understanding of testing concepts - STLC, metrics, defects life cycle

·         Good experience in agile model of test design and execution

·         Good experience in test estimation, defect management, root cause analysis Onsite offshore coordination, review test artifacts before delivering it to the client Mentor team members, prepare knowledge management plan Scripting,

·         DB knowledge (PERL, SQL)

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Good analytical skills and should be able to understand and scope requirements and prepare test scenarios, test conditions and test cases.

·         Maintaining test-ware and share knowledge with team members

 Job Specification:

·         Experience of 4 to 6 years with at least 2-3 years experience in PEGA testing

·         Hands on experience of Pega tools like PAL, PLA, Autotest, TMF etc

·         Exposure to PRPC, DCO, TMF and PMF

·         Hands on experience of Clipboard and tracer for testing of Rules Pega PRPC certified

Primary Skills:

·         PEGA testing

·         Pega tools like PAL, PLA, Autotest, TMF

·         Clipboard and tracer

 Secondary skills:

·         Tools such as Quality Center,

·         QTP Sound knowledge of Testing and

·         Quality Control process
