Title: Java Developer

Location: Bethesda, MD (Need Locals as this may requires more than one in-person interviews)

Length: Long Term contract

Interview Process: Telephone Screening + Online Test + In-person meeting.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 8+ years related technical experience or a Master's Degree in a related technical field and 6+ years of related experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS: The candidate must have experience in:
• Java 1.7
• Tomcat 7.0
• Web framework (Spring MVC)
• Persistence Frameworks knowledge – Spring frameworks and Hibernate
• Windows Server 2008
• Javascript
• Web services ( XML, JAXP, JAXB, JAX-WS, AXIS, JERSEY, AJAX, JSON, CXF, REST and SOAP)
• AJAX, JQuery
• CSS3, HTML5

DESIRED SKILLS: Experience with Spring/ Spring JDBC, Collexis, ClearCase, Rational Rose, UML tools. Experience with grants or NIH environments.
