Job Description:

·         The Senior Developer Analyst will be involved in solution design, development, and support of Supply Chain Applications using JDA/Manugistics. The individual in this role will work collaboratively with cross-functional business and IT teams onsite and offshore in designing and delivering solutions for supply chain business needs. Additional responsibilities:

·         Lead business requirements gathering and reviews to understand and define system goals and technical system requirements

·         Provide functional and technical responsibility for all the JDA applications

·         Design JDA solutions based on business requirements to meet business needs

·         Lead and contribute to solution discussions in a cross functional setting (business and IT)

·         Build solutions (code, testing, configuring) based on business requirements

·         Review artifacts (code, design documents, test cases, configuration) created by consultants and employees

·         Assist in developing company standards and processes to support development and support activities

·         Estimate project effort

·         Create and execute unit and integration tests; lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (internal/external)

·         Provide application support and interface support for all supply chain JDA applications

·         Support SLAs and assist in measuring and reporting

·         Own and lead application and system performance tuning activities

·         Prepare and deliver technical presentations for IT

·         Assist in developing work plans

·         Work in collaboration with onsite/offshore teams

Job Requirements:

·         5+ years' experience implementing JDA applications

·         Strong design and development experience in JDA Demand, Fulfillment & Transportation

·         Technical experience working on JDA 7.7 and above

·         JDA Data model

·         Integration with JDA modules

·         Installation & Patching

·         JDA Configuration – FEP, Searches, Option Sets, Batches, Node Pools, Load balancing

·         Experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL

·         Experience implementing and upgrading JDA applications

·         Outstanding problem-solving and analysis, time management, and verbal/written communications
