Responsibilities:
• Project Analyst working with BU to help integrate critical assets into Insider Threat program.
• Document, maintain and store Critical Information Functional Area Package (workflow, inventory, gaps..etc).
• Assist in delivering and updating Insider Threat Training, Assist in maintaining Communication and Awareness material.
• Assist in table top exercises.
• Coordinate "extended" background screening efforts.
• Coordinate required infrastructure scans periodically.
• Assist in creating program reports and presentations.
Requirements:
• Excellent project management, coordination and Business Analysis skills.
• Ability to approach problems with attacker mentality and mitigate unique and ever-changing risks
• 2+ years' experience as a BA to develop procedures/systems.
• Information security theory and implementation preferred.
• Data protection, HIPAA and data privacy requirements knowledge.
• Confidentiality, integrity, availability, non-repudiation.
• Advanced written and verbal communications skills.
• BA documentation experience.
• Ability to research new topics and distill complex concepts to applicable and relevant content.
• Ability to communicate with, educate, and learn from co-workers and peers.
• Ability to communicate with customers, including discretion to maintain internal and sensitive. Information while providing accurate and relevant information.
• Critical Information Area Business knowledge.
• HR recruiting experience preferred
