Technical Lead- Java/J2EE

Location: King of Prussia, PA, US

Required Skills    
- Exceptional system / technical analysis skills.
- Must demonstrate experience designing & delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation
- Minimum of five years OO analysis and design experience.
- 5-7 years technical leadership experience w/distributed systems, preferably 3 years w/ EJB.
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to infer from previous examples, willingness to understand how an application is put together.
- Proven development experience in large-scale, enterprise-style financial services applications.
- Proficiency in Analysis, Design, Build, and Deployment of Java applications. Experience developing solutions within an Application Container; experience developing Java services; web services is a plus
- Experience with Database access methods and simple SQL constructs. Experience with ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA) is a plus
- Familiarity with key business concepts and challenges of investment-processing components such as portfolio accounting, asset data and operations
- Understand Asynchronous and Synchronous transactions and processing. Experience with JMS, MDBs, MQ is a plus
- Work experience with any of the following – Linus/UNIX/Solaris/AIX; Shell programming/PERL, Groovy
- Work experience in developing Web Applications with Java Script, HTML, JSPs. Experience with MVC frameworks such as Struts; Spring is a plus
- Multiple project working experience with ER/Studio and TOAD
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and UNIX
- Able to perform code reviews of each team member and educate them on best practices. 
- Experience with continuous integration build tools i.e. Jenkins.
- Excellent communication skills
