Lead .Net Engineer
Number of years isn't as important as strong communication and leadership skills –– ideally 8-10.
Downtown Houston, TX – both 12 month contracts which will renew, likely as long as 24 or even 36 month
F2F Interviews will be required in Houston.
Most important thing – candidate must have experience implementing changes for the development process in previous roles – they must have looked at the current SLDC and identified a problem or something to improve – for example they were the one to implement TDD or a different process for requirements gathering.

Primarily .Net experience – Tech stack includes; NET stack, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC
Would like to see recent front end experience – Angular, JS, Knockout, Razor etc
Want someone with continuous integration experience/process automation experience
Someone who can look a SDLC process and identify any improvements
Working in a team of 15 developers – many more junior so would like to see candidates with leadership qualities/mentoring background
Great communicators, future leaders, high level of EI and general intelligence – PASSION about development
