i'm trying to staff a Lead Pega Developer. I'm not hung up on the certification level so long as the person can demonstrate that they have strong Pega Development skills and that they have the ability to be the development lead for a scrum team. Core responsibilities include:
1) Strong Pega development abilities (preferably with experience in Pega 7)
2) Code reviews, and guidance of ~3 offshore developers
3) Interaction/direct communication with SAs, QAs, and Product owners
4) Ability to remove obstacles for offshore devs
