Job Description :

·         Good knowledge on Salesforce Service, PRM and Sales cloud , SFA & Data Migration testing.

·         Good knowledge on Organization Administration, Customization,  Data loader, Reports, Dash Boards, Workflow & Approvals.

·         Strong knowledge/exposure to  Salesforce.com Standard Objects and custom objects

·         Strong knowledge of software QA processes and testing methodologies. Well conversant with traditional, CI/CD and Agile methodologies

·         Good knowledge on the API testing using web services

·         Good to have - knowledge on Custom Integration of Outbound Messages, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, AppExchange Pa

·         ckage & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.

·         Good hands on knowledge in Sales and Services modules, Data loader, Regression testing. Impact analysis, Assignment rules, Case routing rules, SLA etc
