Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Richfield, MN (Must be Local)

Duration: 12+ Months

Need LOCALS only.

Direct Face2face.

Looking for a UX Designer responsible for in-take, definition, shaping, and developing digital experiences. In this role, you will build awareness and understanding of similar digital experiences within the company's native apps via smartphones and tablets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and optimize graphical assets that are on-brand, employ design standards set by company style guides, and build continuity across various digital touch points.
• Contribute to the shared business goals of the User Generated Content, Recommendations, and Search domain teams.
• Create and update designs and layouts, while working within defined templates.
• Form partnerships and work side-by-side domain team product managers, engineers, and the extended UX Team.
• Document and optimize standards and guidelines to support new and ongoing work as needed.
• Participate in the planning and development of new content.
• Employ design standards set by company style guides.
• Remain current with digital trends, usability and standards, along with the tools and techniques for online experience development.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Strong digital design experience across web and native apps
• Experience working in an agile environment

Experience with:

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Axure
• OmniGraffle
• Balsamiq
• Visio
• InVision
• Flinto
• Keynote
• Fluid UI

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Strong presentation/facilitation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
• Ability to self-define tasks, deadlines, and next steps
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
