Job Title: PL/SQL Developer

Location: Richfield, MN (Local Only)

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview – 30 Minutes Phone, 60 Minutes in-person of which 30 minutes will be SQL Test & 30 minutes with the interviewing Team

Start Date: 09/19/2016

Retail background is the Key to this position

Looking for a PL/SQL Developer to conduct code check in, data analysis, and understand source system data. For this role, you will need solid Oracle P/L SQL development experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, design and delivery of batch modules.

Work with a development team, BA, QA, and PM's for the modules being developed.

Conduct code check in, data analysis, and understanding source system data.

Attend meetings as needed.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Solid Oracle PL/SQL Development experience

Good understanding of ETL workflows

Experience in writing complex SQLs using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Experience in an Enterprise Data warehouse/Operational Data Store environment

Pair programming experience

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience with big data and object oriented programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)

Experience in handling data from multiple sources (Relational, XML, Files) and integrating them for adhoc analysis

Ability to parse log files for large amounts of data, and converting unstructured data to structured data

Retail domain knowledge

Point of Sale systems experience

 

Experience with:

Informatica

SSAS/SSRS

XML

Tableau
