Position :- Sales Force Developer

Quqlifications :- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· 3+ years experience in the design and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions

· Experience working with the Salesforce API and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs

· Experience with VisualForce and APEX programming

· Salesforce.com certifications in Administration and Force.com developer; Sales Cloud
and other advanced certifications are highly desirable

· Working knowledge of ETL and data deduplication tools and methods

· Working knowledge of other Salesforce.com product lines is highly desirable (Marketing

· Cloud, Wave Analytics, Community Cloud, Nonprofit Starter Pack, NGO Connect, etc.)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and interest to collaborate and solve
problems, both internally and with BTH customers

· Willingness to encounter new situations and tackle issues outside of own knowledge
base (continuously develop own skills)

· Proven experience for performing independently in a fast-paced environment, with a
good balance between creativity and pragmatism
