Responsibilities:
Overall Purpose: Position is responsible for assembly and configuration of Linux based servers and network distribution devices.
Roles & Responsibilities: This position requires a keen eye for detail and a basic knowledge of Linux and networking. The position of Buildlab Support is a broad role including but not limited to the following duties:
1) Breaking down and assembling hardware.
2) Configuring Linux servers.
3) Configuring access points, switches, routers and modems.
4) Maintaining quality assurance records for all equipment configured.
5) Coordinate with multiple internal customers to assure equipment configured on time and correctly.
6) Test returning equipment for faulty hardware/software.
