Technical Qualifications:

Experience working in a Saas environment

2-3 yrs supporting Windows & Linux environment

2-3 yrs experience with scripting ( Ruby, Bash, Python, etc.. )

2-3 yrs Cisco experience

Experience with General storage and san understanding ( EMC, HP, other )
