Skills :

• Business/system analyst  with Excel Macro skills.
  
• Ideally, this candidate will have insurance experience with some form of an accounting background.
• The person should be comfortable in Excel Macros with the ability to review and analyze existing accounting processes that have been coded in excel macros.
• In addition, the person should be comfortable working with internal accounting resources to document current state processes.
• The person should be able to communicate with the business with the results of this analysis and with IT to help development requirements for a new system that will replace the manual processes/macros.
