Note: We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Kronos or IBM Kenexa.

 Job description:

·         5+ years of experience as Business Analyst

·         Serves as the lead IT business analyst for the Kronos Workforce Timekeeping application and provides IT support for the IBM-Kenexa Brass Ring applicant tracking and on-boarding systems.

·         Acts as liaison between IT and the business owner to define requirements, prioritize work, develop timelines, build QA test plans, and conduct QA testing for assigned systems.

·         Responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth production environment for assigned systems by applying patches and fixes to system or working with the developer upon failure of system. 

·         Responsible for ensuring the least amount of downtime or inefficient production for assigned systems.

·         Use in-depth understanding of systems to write reports for users and/or clients which aid in business decision making.
