Required Core Knowledge and Experience:  • Knowledge of software development, practice, concepts, and technology  obtained through formal training and / or work experience.  • 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting  information systems  • 3+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and  access management software with infrastructure and applications  • Experience with one of the following:  o NetIQ Identity Manager  o IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and/or Access Manager  o Sun Identity Manager and/or Access Manager  o Oracle IAM/IDM, OEM  o CA/Netegrity SiteMinder/IdentityMinder  • Java development  • Experience with developing identity management strategies, architectures  and implementation plans  • Experience with implementing projects through the full system development  lifecycle  Critical Skills:  • Demonstrates programming aptitude and ability for logical and abstract  thinking.  • Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills so as to  interact effectively with business Customers and technology development and  support groups.  • Ability, within a specific technology area and under direction, to  complete root-cause analysis, design solutions, write code, perform  testing, provide documentation, and implement small development projects or  components of large projects.  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems of simple-medium complexity.  • Ability to manage projects using the organization's project management  methodology.  • Ability to work effectively in a strong Customer service / team oriented  environment.  Customer / Business Orientation:  • Focus on internal and external Customer requirements.  • Develop understanding of business processes being supported by assigned  system(s).    Preferred Skills:  • Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:  o Single Sign On  o Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema,  namespace and replication topology experience  o Resource Provisioning  o Role Base Access Control  • Hands-on development experience with RSA(Aveksa) solution  • Familiarity with BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere or Tomcat  • Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory, IBM  Directory Server and Novell e-Directory  • Familiarity with: major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and  Unix; and/or leading packaged application solutions for ERP systems, CRM  systems or portals  • Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts  such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security  • Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those  into system requirements  • Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing  identities and access privileges  • Experience developing identity management governance plans  • Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications  to identity management and security/audit compliance    Job Responsibilities:  • Develop and support Identity and Access Governance platform across  enterprise  • Develop and support provisioning connectors using NetIQ Identity Manager  including gathering requirements and producing requirement and design  documents  • Provide development support for custom developed security applications  • Support Directory Services  • Work with application teams to integrate applications with security  infrastructure  • Participate in the on-call pager rotation    Team information:  • Work within the Technology Department Information Security Services Team,  consisting of some two dozen engineers, analysts, and project management  professionals.
