Job: Python -  Django Developer
Location NYC,NY
Duration – 1-2 years
35 hours per week

Consulting services are requested for one programmer to support technology projects, including development of new features, system operations and maintenance, and end-user support.

Consultant Deliverables

The consultant will work with management, business users and IT to add or enhance functionality based on business requirements, production support, application testing, debugging programs as required, finding required resolutions for issues on hand, troubleshooting programs, code tuning, and program modifications where necessary.

Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision required
Excellent oral and written business communication skills
Familiarity with agile development and project management practices, elicitation of user requirements and development of user stories
Mass transit experience preferable but not required
Commanding knowledge of Python, Django, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (5+ years hands-on experience); experience with Java a plus but not required
Experience with PostgreSQL and PostGIS
Familiarity with GIS concepts helpful
Comfort using Git for version control
Familiarity with Linux system administration (RHEL or SLES preferred)
Familiarity with Docker application containerization a plus

Please note that the candidate must have the Credit Risk + Wealth management experience.

Responsibilities:
Experience in Financial Service, Wealth Management or Commercial Banking
Strong understanding of financial products across wealth management business.
Strong understanding of Credit Risk Fundamentals.
Must have experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications by working along with designated teams.
Good knowledge of Credit Risk framework within a multinational financial services organization, and understanding of the regulatory drivers (Basel, BCBS, IFRS, Dodd Frank, CCAR) for Credit Risk.
Must possess good analytical skills. Should be able to write database queries (SQL) and perform data analysis.

Development & Leadership of Overall Training Strategy & Plan
Application of Training Approach (ADDIE or similar)
Hand's on Content Development using various methods including UPK, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Training Content Delivery (Classroom, Virtual, and On Demand)
An strong understanding of organizational roles and PeopleSoft roles
Multiple Location Deployments
Hospital Experience a plus

Job: Senior Business Analyst ( Medicaid - Medicare )
Location: Columbus, OH
Length: 6 months

Candidate should have have an appropriate level of business expertise in Medicaid or Healthcare for this business consulting and lead business analyst role.

The candidate will lead a team of 30 business analysts with oversight of 75–100 concurrent software development projects. He or she will manage both administrative and day-to-day employee activities, including communicating job expectations; assigning projects and monitoring work to ensure it meets project standards and deadlines; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
As a subject matter expert in the healthcare domain, the candidate will develop team domain knowledge and mentor business analysts on quality and process improvement. He or she will employ proven techniques for evaluating the quality and progress of software project requirements phase and evaluate and refine SDLC processes in a constant process improvement effort.
This individual will be in frequent communication with client and peer leaders on business operations and project challenges for Ohio's core Medicaid platform. He or she will present policy and technical perspective of critical issues with a focus on identifying clear solutions. This individual will also evaluate project risk from requirements and advise technical teams on appropriate mitigations and test plans.

The individual will also participate in responding to public sector RFPs, especially focused on defining scope, preparing statements of work and leading the production of initial project estimates.

Required skills and experience
Experience leading large functional teams or projects
Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
Direct experience in Medicaid, Medicare or Medicaid/Medicare Managed Care plans
Extensive knowledge of healthcare and health insurance operations, including the processing and management of eligibility data, provider contracting and credentialing, prior authorization, claims adjudication and payment, financial and regulatory reporting, and managed care
Familiar with both waterfall and agile project management approaches
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to be flexible and creative
Excellent client-facing skills
