Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer with Liquibase

Location: Richfield, MN

Duration: 12+ Months

Local and non-local candidates (Skype for non-local), specify on submittal if local/non local

Candidates need lead experience

Must be 8-10 years of experience.

Pre-screen questions

Codility test (Java) followed by a 60 min. in-person interview (Skype for non-local)

 

CLIENT REQUIRED QUESTIONS

*  What level of documentation of a system you're developing would you expect?

*  How often should refactoring occur?

*  How do you bridge the requirements given to you by a product owner/business analyst with the realities of maintaining an application?

 

Key POINT: The ideal candidate will have experience using the Liquibase tool.

 

Looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain tools used to run websites for various web properties. The ideal candidate will have experience using the Liquibase tool.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

*  Provide technical leadership for one or more development teams

*  Provide technical estimates and feasibility to the Product Owner

*  Provide full stack development (Groovy/Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) of web applications.

*  Assist with debugging and triaging issues.

*  Develop database using the Liquibase tool.

*  Contribute as an individual or in a pair in a very agile development environment.

 

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

*  Strong experience as a Developer

*  Experience with Java

*  Experience with JUnit and/or Spock

*  RESTful service design and implementation using Spring MVC

*  Experience developing Spring MVC and JPA (Hibernate) applications

*  Comfortable with JavaScript

*  Comfortable with Unix command line interface

*  Experience working in an Agile environment

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

*  Experience with Pair Programming

*  Experience with Chai or similar JavaScript testing frameworks

*  Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environment

 

Experience with:

*  Groovy or Ruby

*  Spock testing

*  Geb testing

*  Backbone.js or Angular
