2. Experience with Customer Facing Websites .

3. Leads Management software .

4. CRM (specifically Microsoft Dynamics) .

5. Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry.

 6. Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents.
