Overview | We are seeking a senior ServiceNow developer for a 12-month contract. The candidate will work with a small team of developers and process designers in a comprehensive ServiceNow environment where the overarching goal is efficiency through automation. |
Responsibilities | · Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.
Advise, design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other systems. · Document requirements in SDLC, develop test cases and comply with Change Management policies for Release Management. · Based on user requirements, create functional requirements for ServiceNow development. · Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. · Programming in JavaScript, Glide and Jelly. · Creation and maintenance of catalog items (service requests) and order guides. · Design and modification of ServiceNowService Portal. · Table extension and modification. · Fulfillment of user requests for ServiceNow enhancements. · Monitor health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow systems. · Perform systems and integration testing of functions and features. · Respond and resolve reported defects. · Key collaborator on ServiceNow advanced solutions. |
