Job Title: SalesForce Architect

Need a 10 + years experienced SalesForce Architect.
PLease send in appropriate profile.** MUST HAVE 10 + years of experience for consideration**
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) required with a major in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT or software development with at least 4 years of experience in systems or application architecture.
• 4+ years of experience in designing and architecting solutions using Salesforce.com and Force.com platforms highly preferred
• In-depth understanding and hands on experience using Salesforce programming including strong knowledge of Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch processing, Web services and APIs, Test coverage classes, Deployment strategies)
• A business oriented and innovation driven mindset with the ability to think strategically about business outcomes and related CRM needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical leadership skills with a fearlessness of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
• Experience implementing large scale, global solutions with integrations across multiple applications.
• A data driven decision making mindset.

Overview: Our Salesforce Architect is a dynamic role that will help drive innovation and business alignment across our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. This person will be part of a collaborative team and will lead the design and implementation of process automation and its integration with other applications at ResMed. You may help drive the approach in working with the business to understand business needs, and will provide strategic and tactical leadership in Salesforce.com projects to help implement ResMed's global CRM roadmap.
