Job Description:

 

Need 10+ Years of Project Manager related experience including consulting and pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience.

Demonstrates excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.

In-depth understanding of IMS data assets and the Consulting and Services core offerings.

Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Commercially focused project manager that drives the development of new commercial offerings working with Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Technology Development.

Manages project teams through design, development and delivery of new offerings.

Leads teams to review and analyze offering requirements to develop cost estimates.

Manages multiple offering development projects of varying complexity and ensures on-time and on-budget.  

Develops project plan with timelines and deliverables - leads project to successful completion with little guidance.

Manages the team through the Offering Development process and the gate review process.

Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.

Monitors financial plan vs actual project spend.

Makes adjustments as necessary to remain within budget Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required.
