Role: US IT RecruiterLocation: VisakhapatnamTimings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AMExp Level: 3-5 YrsNo. of Openings: 3Apply to: hr@aquainsys.comResponsibilitiesNote: Preference will be given to those who have already worked with implementation partners like CTS, HCL, TCS etcJob description    Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description     Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.     Ensuring candidates are available and ready to take up the position.     Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.     Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.     Arranging client interviews and completing required paperwork if candidate gets selected for the position.     Acting as first point-of-contact for the consultant and maintaining monthly contact with the consultant.     Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.    Experience in sourcing Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp (C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.    Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch , Linkedin , Google groups etc.    Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitudeInterested may please send resumes to hr@aquainsys.com
