Role : ECM Developer
Location : Naperville, IL
 
Must have skills : IBM DB2 Content Manager /Captiva
 
1. Good experience in IBM DB2 Content Manager 8.6 or IBM FileNet
2. Good experience with IBM content collector and its services, troubleshooting skills on document injection failures.
3. Good experience with Opentext Captiva and its tools – ScanPlus, IndexPlus and Captiva importer. Also able to fix Captiva batches if any issues while processing these batches.
4. Experience with Java/j2ee and rest services, webservices developed through DB2 content manager APIs.
5. Exposure to TSG OpenContent, OpenMigrate, OpenAnnotate and HPI Interface.
6. Unix or AIX with basic knowledge – shell scripts, run various commands which required for daily production support activities
7. Exposure with application servers – Tomcat, WebSphere application servers and checking application logs in case of application issues.
8. Good exposure on mainframe-based repository called ImagePlus/IWPM and basic commands to monitor Zeke jobs.
9. Experience with Zena tool called workbench to monitor & ControlM and troubleshooting application related jobs.
10. Experience with Infogix to monitor out of the balance reports by monitoring infogix controls.
11. Familiar with DB2 and MS SQL databases and able to execute queries as needed.
12. Experience with AYS to check end user tickets assigned to production groups and resolving based on the SLAs.
13. exposure to Microsoft Azure is preferable
14. Must be familiar with Dynatrace to monitor ECM applications.
15. Very good production support experience (24/7) in handling incident / non ticket activities/tech bridges/application monitoring/On-Call support.
16. Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring Incidents/manual interventions as part of production support activities.
17. To involve in triaging production issues, provide on-time root cause analysis & solution and to fix the issues and tickets as part of maintenance activity and reporting same to client for any discrepancies.
18. Issue analysis, identification of bugs and permanent bug fixes by doing root cause analysis and code changes
19. excellent communication skills are required to interact with business users and external application teams to address any application related issues.
