Job Title: Senior SAP Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Months+
Location: Remote
Knowledge/Skills – Must Have
• Deep understanding of combining different technology and process-oriented solutions focused on Finance, Supply Chain, Rates and Regulatory functions to drive business value
• Sound experience in defining business/technology strategy for CFO's organization by leveraging solutions focused on
o Scenario based rate case modeling and financial analysis
o Process standardization, governance, and automation
o Business insights and self-service
o Timely financial visibility
o Merger & acquisition processes
• Experience with SAP FICO or S/4HANA implementation analysis and documentation.
• Ability to identify requirements/backlog of business functions and their alignment with AW's overall business strategy, and impact of said requirements/backlog.
• Experience of managing complex matrixed organizational structures and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such an organization.
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, documentation using Agile and Waterfall framework.
• Ability to listen, and build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit, as well as with leadership and functional teams
• Ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment
Knowledge/Skills – Nice to have
• Familiarity with objectives & working of AW's business functions.
• Deep understanding of objectives & working of typical business functions (HR, Supply Chain, Customer, Operations, Finance etc.)
• Understanding of integrated approach of Operations, Environmental and Safety functions to support our field workers and customers.
Experience/Education
• 10+ years of subject matter expertise and/or business analysis skills.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating SAP FICO or S/4Hana implementation as business analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent relevant work experience
• Business Analysis Certification (CBAP/CCBA/CFLBA) (highly desired
