5+ years of experience as a Business Process Documentation Specialist/Business System Analyst
 
Mandatory skills –
Good experience authoring/developing/creating regulated documents such as SOPs, Design & Business Process Flow.
Good experience with MS Office products, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience in tools such as Microsoft Visio/Confluence
Excellent communication skills
Experience in requirements gathering, business user interactions and architecture team.
 
Good to have –
Experience in Customer system processes
Exposure to any of the products like, SNOW, Salesforce & Financial Force.
