- Role Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Azure AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The role focuses on implementing AI capabilities, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building scalable AI-driven enterprise applications using modern cloud-native technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure AI services, machine learning integration, and backend development with Python or .NET.
- Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
Design and develop AI-powered features using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning.
Implement LLM-based applications including chatbots, document intelligence, and conversational AI.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating vector search and enterprise knowledge bases.
Application Development
Develop backend services and APIs using Python or C#/.NET.
Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and microservices architecture.
Build scalable AI applications using Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and containerized environments.
Data Integration
Develop data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse.
Prepare structured and unstructured data for training and inference.
DevOps & Automation
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
Manage CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
AI Security & Governance
Implement Responsible AI practices.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and enterprise security standards.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience building AI/ML applications using LLMs and NLP
Strong programming skills in Python or C#/.NET
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning
Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing
Experience working with Azure networking and identity (Entra ID)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RAG architecture and vector databases
Banking or financial services industry experience
Azure certifications such as:
Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
Azure Developer Associate
