Role Descriptions:  Automated backup configuration| creation| and retention per policy Backup restores using volume attachment method| with block and file level support Encryption management and support services Log Analytics integration| simple log queries| and log shipping support AWS and Azure virtual machine lifecycle management start| stop| reboot IaaS| PaaS| and SaaS lifecycle management reboot| snapshots| restarts IAM and Active Directory user| group| and role management Security Group and Network Security Group (NSG) management add| delete| create| adjust rules| apply CloudWatch and Azure Monitor configuration alarms| runbooks| auto-add alarms for new resources Customer standard tools (Dynatrace) as primary Infrastructure incident response per documented runbook Problem Management engagement and support Automated OS patching Windows critical security updates and Linux kernel patches inclusive of zero-day and seven-day from supplier patch notice (Patch Tuesday)  Patching inventory| patch group setup| and maintenance window definition  Patching reporting including available update lists and window summaries  Configuration management tooling aligned to standards| tools| and processes

Experience Required: 8-10

 

 

•       Top 3 Required Skills:

1. Network Monitoring: Track network elements, servers, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and traffic patterns 24/7 using monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios.

2. Incident Management: Detect, triage, and classify alerts or outages, recording details in ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.

3. Backup and recovery, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS lifecycle management: reboot, snapshots, restarts, security management

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

1.  Any related certification
