Title: Test Lead with HPALM , GxP and CSV
Client is : Johnson & Johnson
Location : New Brunswick , NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Rate : $55-58 Max
In case of H1b consultant visa copy is a must.
We need a Lead for one of the PLM implementations project.
Key responsibilities:
· Overall accountability for planning, preparation and execution of release testing
· Tracks test execution and results, including reporting on status and issues/risks
· Responsible for overall defect management, prioritization, and disposition
· Addresses all issues in a timely manner and escalates as appropriate
· Engage with the Quality team to drive adherence to CSV processes and approaches
· Resolve conflicts across test case writing and execution
· Accountable for all the test deliverables (required by SDLC and defined by the project)
Skills:
· Strong understanding of the business process and technologies
· Prior experience in managing onshore and offshore testing teams
· Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools
· Experience with HPALM
· Good planning and management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide feedback clearly
· Experience with GxP validated testing
· 8-10 years of related experience
AND
Conducting technical document reviews, such as Functional Design Specs, Configuration Specs, Technical Design Specs
· Reviewing and Drafting Development Testing Strategies
· Providing development oversight
· Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in the development of computer systems
· Requirements development, testing and design testing
· Test Development, execution and review
· CSV knowledge (SDLC)
