Job Title : Lead PeopleSoft Functional HCM Consultant
Location : Fairhaven, MA
Duration : 6-12 months contract
Job Description:
5 Years of experience desired
5 mandatory skills needed to perform this role – good with managing client, brings leading practice, deals well with stress, excellent communication skills
Coordinates functional effort involving design, specifications and testing
Oversees application configuration process
Guides Client functional subject matter professionals through implementation process
Provides "Best Practice" business knowledge
Performs knowledge transfer on PeopleSoft application to the Client core project team
Participates in system design, configuration/development, and testing
Participates in issue resolution
Participates in test script development and supports testing
Coordinates the deployment process
Provides post production support
Advises Client Senior Project Manager on change management and communication strategies
