Job Title: QA Tester
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 1+ Year Project
Rate: $40/hr on C2C
 
Tasks:
Plans, develops, and executes QA system testing. Able to approach testing from both a business point of view and technical point of view. Develops specific test conditions and expected results for regression, functionality, and stress testing. Reviews product requirements and design specifications to create a QA test plan. Executes test scripts to validate test cases, including creating and executing complex automated test scripts. Creates QA test procedures to assure accurate and repeatable test results. Creates test estimates from design documentation and creates quality assurance project schedules. Creates status documents to measure quality goals: QA Status Report, QA Test Logs, Maintain issue and defect databases. Provides quality assurance feedback throughout the project life cycle.
 
Requirements:
Self starter with broad QA experience with web based applications and comfortable with server side and/or mainframe testing. Someone with the potential to become a QA lead. Great communicator, diplomatic, and a team player.
