Position: Systems Analyst
Number of Openings: 2
Duration: 2 years with one year extensions possible
Location: Olympia, WA

Required Skills
1. Knowledge of: Complex enterprise systems and emerging technologies; Current technologies such as .NET, Web Sphere, JAVA; Project Management methodologies; Concepts for system integration; Concepts for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); Knowledge of system development lifecycle; Strategic planning; ITIL concepts.
2. Ability to: Engineer, design, and support statewide enterprise integration services; provide subject matter expertise to executive and senior-level management on enterprise integration issues; coach and mentor high-level technical experts; make large-scale purchasing recommendations.
3. Working knowledge of current, strategic trends in key sectors of the information technology industry including application integration design and development.
4. Proven working knowledge of integration and middleware technologies.
5. Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to anticipate and formulate mitigation strategies.
7. Excellent public speaking and formal presentation skills.
8. Excellent writing and editing skills.
9. Analytical, interpretive and organizational abilities
