Role:                                      Program Manager - SAP CRM Integration Lead

Work Location:                  Seattle, WA

Start date:                           10 March 2014

SAP CRM Integration Lead:
• Total Experience of 10-12 years with 8-9 years in SAP CRM. 
• Minimum 3-4 end to end implementation. Experience in CRM 7.0 and above is essential.
• Sound knowledge of Web Interaction Centre and CRM Web UI.
• Sound knowledge of ABAP and CRM Data Model, Function Modules, BADI’s, OOPS, Web Service.
• Sound knowledge of integration with legacy systems 
• Should have knowledge on any of the CRM Modules mainly Sales, Service and Marketing.
• The ideal candidate must have experience working with resources offshore and be able to coordinate the work done by several consultants to deliver the solutio
n that exactly meets customer needs.
• Candidate should independently be able to conduct requirement gathering sessions, develop integration strategy.
• The candidate should have good client facing qualities and should be independently lead a team.
• Experience or knowledge in Telecomm Solution will be added advantage
• Experience or knowledge on integration through TIBCO will be added advantage
