Required Sr VB.Net Developer in Charlotte, NC

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6-12 Months

Skills:

Here are the high level duties: 

•         Migrate VB.NET code from .NET3.5 framework to .NET4.0 (Mainly compilation required in .NET 4.0 and some tweaking) 

•         Coordinate with application vendor for any compatibility issues with new version of application 

•         Document changes required/made to migrate code from .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.0 

•         Support/coordinate data migration from SQL Server 2008 to Oracle 11G 

•         Report status to application manager on weekly and monthly as required 

•         Triage and fix any defects identified during testing
