Title: SAP HCM/HR Functional Consultant
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Requirements:
-At least 2- 5 years of Configuration experience in SAP HR/HCM with focus on PA/OM, HCM Processes and Forms with Workflow, ESS-MSS, Basic Reporting
-Heavy configuration and functional expertise with SAP PA/OM
o A depth of knowledge with basic SAP HR infotypes
o Feature configuration
o Configuration with Enterprise structures and Personnel Structures
o Setting up new Pay structures with Compensation
o Personnel Action configuration with Dynamic Actions
o Understanding of complex Organizational structures
o Configuration of Custom OM objects with Evaluation paths
o Assisting with the conversion and validation of HR Master data
o Experience with SAP HCM Processes and Forms with Workflow using the UWL
o A good understanding of Structural authorizations
o Writing Functional and Integration testing scripts and conducting testing
o Standard and ad-hoc reporting
o Experience with Success Factors integration a plus
